At Porte the Studio, every piece is crafted with care and precision.
We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

• Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our team at info@portethestudio.com, or through Instagram, with your order number.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to availability).

• If your preferred size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Funds will be refunded to your original payment method.
