At Porte the Studio, we aim to ensure prompt and efficient delivery for our customers. All items will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we always strive to meet this timeframe.

Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
• Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging box and with the product ticket still attached.
• Refunds will only be processed if the item is in the condition it was received, with no signs of wear or damage.

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges for items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with the product ticket still attached. Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unworn condition.
